Hello Beauty lovers! I just love how a winged eye accentuates your eyes and makes them pop! I had to share this because after much practice, I have finally mastered it! I found that putting a piece of tape on the edge of the outer corners of each eye will help you draw the perfect winged line. For extra drama try it with a neutral eyeshadow and black eyeliner.
