Hello Sassy family! Have you ever found yourself in a season where you had to keep believing even when you couldn’t see the outcome? A season where you smiled on the outside but quietly whispered, “God, I need You to remind me that You are still working”?
If this is the current season you’re in, Psalms 27:13 was laid on my heart to share with you.
“I would have lost heart, unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.” ~Psalm 27:13 (NKJV)
This verse reminds us that faith is not the absence of difficult moments, it is the decision to keep trusting God in the middle of them.
There will be times when life doesn’t look like what you prayed for. Doors may close. Delays may come. Dreams may feel like they are taking longer than expected. But don’t allow a temporary season to make you forget an eternal promise: God is still good, and He is still writing your story.
Sometimes we are tempted to lose heart because we focus on what we can see instead of remembering who is holding our future. But faith gives us the courage to say, “I may not understand this chapter, but I trust the Author.”
The same God who carried you through yesterday is already preparing the blessings waiting for you tomorrow. The waiting season is not wasted. The quiet season is not empty. The hidden season is not forgotten. God is strengthening your faith, shaping your character, and preparing you for what He has promised.
So today, take a moment to encourage your own heart:
💜 I will not give up because God has not given up on me.
💜 I will not lose hope because God is still working behind the scenes.
💜 I will believe that I will see the goodness of the Lord.
Please remember your breakthrough may not come on your timeline, but God’s timing is always intentional. Keep praying. Keep believing. Keep showing up. The same God who gave you the promise is faithful enough to bring it to pass.
Reflection Question:
What is one area of your life where God is asking you to hold onto hope and believe that you will see His goodness?
Prayer:
Lord, when my heart feels tired and my faith feels small, remind me that You are still working. Help me trust Your timing, believe Your promises, and see Your goodness even in seasons of waiting. Strengthen my heart so I do not give up before I see what You have prepared for me. Amen.
Your story is not over. God is still writing beautiful things. Keep the faith, keep the hope, and keep shining.
Stay Sassy. Stay Savvy. Stay True.
Live Faithful,
💜Ronni Lauren
