Hello and Happy Resurrection Day everyone! Something special has been laid on my heartāand itās for anyone who might be feeling a little stuck, weighed down, or even lifeless in some areas of your journey. Maybe youāre smiling on the outside, but inside, thereās a place in your heart that feelsā¦hopeless, broken, or dormant. If thatās you, lean in close.
Letās sit with this powerful truth from John 11:25ā26 (NIV):
āJesus said to her, āI am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?ā
Jesus spoke these words to Martha in the middle of her grief, after her brother Lazarus had died. She was heartbroken. Confused. Wondering why Jesus didnāt show up earlier. Can you relate? Weāve all had moments where we wondered if God was late, or worseāsilent.
But hereās the good news: Jesus doesnāt just bring resurrectionāHe is the resurrection. And when He shows up, even the dead things must rise.
Easter reminds us that what looks final is never final with God. That area of your life that feels over? The dream that feels buried? The hope thatās been quietly fading? Jesus is whispering to your heart, āDo you believe this?ā
And I get itāsome days believing is hard. But faith doesnāt require perfection; it just requires trust. Even mustard-seed faith can move mountains, raise Lazarus, and bring you back to life.
So today, whether you’re dancing in joy or limping in faith, I want you to know this: You are not forgotten. You are not too far gone. And your story is not over. The same power that rolled away the stone is alive in you.
This Easter, letās rise in bold belief. Letās breathe again. Letās trust again. Because with Jesus, even our dead ends can become new beginnings.
Stay hopeful, live faithfully, and let your spirit rise.
He is Risen, and so are we.
Love,
šRonni Lauren
